Works are finally underway at 1–8 The Sanctuary, situated in one of London’s most iconic locations just steps away from Westminster Abbey. This high-profile site, surrounded daily by a steady flow of global visitors, is progressing smoothly.
Despite the bustling surroundings, our team successfully erected the scaffolding without disruption to residents, neighbouring properties, or the wider public.
Specialist façade cleaning is currently in progress, using gentle nebulous water sprays and DOFF steam cleaning techniques to treat the historic Bathstone exterior. Once cleaning is complete, we’ll carry out a comprehensive condition survey to assess and document the stonework.
Works are scheduled to continue until March 2026.
