The final piece of the jigsaw was recently installed to the reconstructed turret on the south Presbytery elevation at Rochester Cathedral this week.
Inspecting the completed works were the Cathedral’s chapter clerk, Mr Simon Lace, and his colleagues.
The turret was constructed using traditional stone methods of joggle joints and filled with a lime grout.
